My role
Head of IT & DevOps – full strategic and operational responsibility. Building and leading the entire IT organization including architecture, information security, regulatory requirements, and team development.

- Complete IT organization built (team, infrastructure, governance)
- BaFin license obtained for regulated operations
- Kubernetes-based infrastructure with 99.9% availability and +50% performance improvement

DORA Implementation at a Cooperative Bank
Situation
European DORA requirements had to be implemented and the IT strategy fundamentally modernized.
My role
Lead IT Governance – strategic leadership of 25 employees, direct board-level communication. Steering the DORA implementation project, new IT strategy, strengthening IT risk management.

- Full DORA compliance achieved
- IT strategy rebuilt from the ground up
- IT risk management and BCM strengthened

Situation
Outdated, manual business processes; no end-to-end digitization. Organically grown IT landscape without clear structure.
My role
Process Management & IT – central interface between IT and business departments. M365 rollout, process modeling (BPMN), building a modern IT service management.
