The use of the hoster is in the interest of secure, fast, and efficient provision of my online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

4. Data collection on this website

Contact form

If you send me inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Specifically, the following data is processed: name, email address, company (if applicable), and your message. This data is:

  • stored as a backup copy in a local database (SQLite) on the web server,
  • transferred to a CRM system (EspoCRM) operated on the same server for structured processing of your inquiry,
  • forwarded to me by email so that I can respond to your inquiry promptly.

No disclosure to third parties outside these processing purposes will take place without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries directed to me (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

The data collected via the contact form will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Email contact

If you send me inquiries by email, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be disclosed without your consent.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to me as the site operator. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser address line changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
